For those of you that don't know, FITness Into A Lifestyle is currently making the move to Fremont, NE USA. As we do this we are in the process of transforming our gym space as well. That being said we have been very busy traveling to and from Omaha to Fremont quite regularly, so we apologize for the inactivity on the blog. We promise we will be back in full swing next week.
