Testimonial Tuesday - Randi

Randi and I met three months ago during her search for something new. It was back in 2011 when her journey first began after the birth of her baby girl. Before the birth of her child, she had never been much of an active person, but understanding the benefit to her body and her daughter she made the change. Since Randi can remember, the maintenance of a healthy body weight has always been a struggle. By starting walking as a new hobby, she was determined to make a difference.

When Randi showed interest in FITness Into A Lifestyle, I was simply ecstatic! Understanding her motives behind wanting to seek a new change, I knew she would be a perfect candidate for the personal training I offer. With her dedicated work habits and love for her family, all of this to me was a positive sign for success in the gym.

During our three months together, Randi has hit more milestones than ever imaginable! I clearly remember the first day we attempted lifting. With her positive and open mind she was willing to try anything, but through the expressions on her face I could simply tell we were pushing her comfort zone. As an individual who had never lifted weights much in her life before, this new territory seemed daunting and potentially harmful. Today, we are conducting pyramid lifting with Olympic lifts everyday which contain 50 reps and a total of 400 pounds!

All of her hard work in the gym and at home has equaled a total of 5 inches and 50 plus pounds lost. She has since been a new woman along with having a higher confidence level and can finally shop without feeling insecure! Overall, her transformation has helped her express herself while feeling comfortable in her own skin.

Although she has already accomplished many of her goals, the list continues to grow. On February 22nd we will be partaking in First National Bank's Trek Up the Tower. With Randi participating in it last year, she has set a motivating goal to beat her time by one minute! This will be a true test for her as she has been preparing and training rigorously.

As Randi's trainer I can without a doubt say that she is a determined and motivated individual that will accomplish whatever she puts her mind to and more! She is a hard worker in and out of the gym and is always willing to go the extra mile to make improvement. I know she will go far as she continues to strive for her goals day in and day out! GREAT WORK RANDI!
